Within the book, you will find four etudes designed to build skillsets found in advanced literature while providing familiar, comfortable intermediate techniques and concepts throughout. Each etude is preceded by several exercises that focus on specific techniques and concepts found within the etude. While these pages will prove useful for the etudes, performers should continue to reference other technique and method books for a comprehensive approach to marimba technique.
